Archiva doesn’t simply export old orders and remove them. It moves historical order data into dedicated archive storage while preserving the ability to access and restore those orders when needed.
Easily archive WooCommerce orders based on their status. Whether it’s completed, canceled, or custom statuses, Archiva lets you automate the process and keep your order list clutter-free.
Choose an archive frequency that works for your store. Archiva runs the automated archive schedule every 12 hours by default, or you can configure it to run as frequently as every 30 minutes.
Need to archive failed or canceled orders after just a few days while keeping normal orders for a year? Archiva lets you set different archive rules for different order statuses, so you can choose a shorter retention period for orders you no longer need.
Keep your WooCommerce Analytics data under control as your store grows. Archiva lets you manage Analytics data separately from order archiving, giving you greater control over how long historical Analytics data is retained and allowing you to rebuild Analytics data when needed.
Automatically delete archived orders after a secondary retention period. Before permanently deleting the data, Archiva creates a lightweight CSV backup of the orders on your site.

Yes. Archiva lets you use a separate, shorter archive period for failed and canceled orders. For example, you can archive failed or canceled orders after 14 days while keeping completed orders for a much longer period.
Yes. You can set a secondary retention period for archived orders. For example, you could archive orders after 730 days and automatically delete them after they have remained archived for another 365 days. Before automatic deletion, Archiva creates a CSV backup of the archived orders.
Yes. Archiva is built for both WooCommerce HPOS and legacy order storage, allowing you to archive historical orders regardless of which WooCommerce order storage system your store uses.
