How to restrict a coupon by number of orders made

Smart Coupons provide a powerful, “all-in-one” solution for gift cards, store credits, discount coupons, and vouchers extending the core functionality of WooCommerce coupons.

The number of orders made restriction can limit coupon usage based on how many completed orders a customer has placed. This helps you offer an exclusive discount to your frequent buyers and encourage new buyers to purchase more.

Steps to Restrict a coupon by Order Count

1. Navigate to the WordPress Admin dashboard > Marketing > Coupons.
2. Create a new coupon (or edit an existing one). Enter a Coupon code and an optional Description.
3. Scroll to the Coupon data section and choose the necessary Discount type and enter the Coupon amount.
4. Next, navigate to the Usage restriction tab.
5. Scroll to Smart Coupons Restrictions and choose “Number of orders made” from the dropdown.

6. Click on the Add button.
   • Choose a condition: Equal to, Less than, or Greater than.
   • Enter the order count to set the restriction.

7. Publish the coupon.
