You can view all your active bookings in a calendar format from your dashboard with the WooCommerce Bookings plugin. To view bookings in the calendar display, log into your website’s admin area and go to Bookings > Calendar.
You can filter bookings shown on the calendar, and there are several different views to choose from. In Cart bookings are not shown in the calendar view.
Filter Options
↑ Back to topAcross the top of the calendar there are Filter options.
You can filter bookings by:
- Bookable Product
- Resources
- Date
In the top bar you can also switch the calendar between Schedule, Month, or Day views.
Schedule View
↑ Back to topClick “Schedule” in the filter bar to change to the schedule view. This view shows a scrollable overview of upcoming bookings with the current day highlighted.
When using Schedule view, click any booking to open it and view or edit its full details.
Month View
↑ Back to topClick Month in the filter bar to change to the month view. This view shows bookings for an entire month at a time.
When using month view, click a booking to view a pop-up summary of details. Click the “View details” link in the pop-up box to view or edit the booking’s full details.
Day View
↑ Back to topClick Day in the Filter bar to change to the day view. This view shows bookings for a single day at a time.
When using Day view, click a booking to view a pop-up summary of details. Click the “View details” link in the pop-up box to view or edit the booking’s full details.
