I would love to see support for the WooCommerce Subscriptions action “Retry Renewal Payment” inside the AutomateWoo “Trigger Order Action” workflow action. At the moment, this is not available because subscription-specific order actions are not supported in the workflow context. Adding this would allow store owners to fully control and customize their own retry schedules […]
It would be great if the AutomateWoo plugin helps generate a PDF invoice for customers upon successful checkout and emails it once the order is placed and shipped.
The current integration with Campaign Monitor uses the /primarycontact.json endpoint, which requires a primary account-level API key. This leads to 401 errors when a client-level API key is used, as it lacks the necessary permissions.
As a marketplace using WC Vendors, AutomateWoo is limiting in that it only allows us to automate emails/SMS to customers, not the vendor of the product. Vendors should be a variable as well, so we can provide automated messaging to them also.
We’d love it if as soon as a website is marked as being in staging or in a local environment the sending of emails would be disabled.
creating custom forms in elementor with an Opt-in directly linked to automatewoo opt-in list is a must-have feature.
Workflow to update customers and users manually. There is no way to bulk update users win Automate Woo at present. Only data types to manually scan through are Subscription or Orders.
A complete integration of these 2 plugins could be really appreciated !
