Help options

After you click the Help tab, a panel appears with three tabs on the left side. Each tab provides a different type of assistance:

  • Help & Support — Links to official documentation, the WordPress.org community support forum, and WooCommerce.com support.
  • Found a bug? — Lets you report a bug you may have found in WooCommerce. Before submitting a report, verify the issue, detail the steps needed to reproduce the bug, and include screenshots. If you are unsure whether the issue is a bug, use the Help & Support tab instead.
  • Setup wizard — Reopens the onboarding guide you saw when you first installed WooCommerce. You can also enable or disable the task list and extended task list from this tab.
