Add ability to set product prices for each Shipping Zone rather than having to add multiple rows of Country Code/State/Zip etc. Shipping Zones already have all those details specified – it will be much faster to set up with fewer rows.

In combination with Germanized all prices should INCLUDE tax because in Germany we have other laws for it. Its important to get no rounding differences on shipping costs and find the right solution. Its very important to use this nice plugin in Germany.
Ability to select product ID or SKU when importing – would make updating multiple products (usually better known by SKU than ID) a lot easier / quicker.
