  Nag notices can’t be dismissed.

  The “card attack” notice appears at the top of every page in admin area. Dismissing removes it but it comes back again. I don’t want to enable the card attack setting. Please stop annoying notices appearing everywhere in WordPress that can’t be removed. Why would plugin authors deliberately try to annoy people?
