For both Android and iOS, the Woo Mobile app uses the timezone set on your site’s dashboard (WP-Admin 👉 Settings 👉 General 👉 Timezone) when it’s available, and if it’s not, it will default to the device’s timezone.
This applies to both the stats and everything related to orders.
So, for example, let’s say your store is using the New York City timezone, and it’s August 2nd. But you are travelling to Japan and your phone’s timezone is currently in Tokyo’s timezone and it’s already August 3rd in Tokyo.
If someone places an order on your site, you will receive a push notification on August 3rd (Tokyo time) but if you check the site’s analytics you won’t see any sales on August 3rd. That’s because on your store’s timezone, the sale was made on August 2nd. This is expected and done this way for consistency.
