No, it is not possible to use an existing Stripe account with WooPayments.
Although WooPayments is built in partnership with Stripe, our plugin uses a special type of Stripe account (called a “Stripe Express” account). The Express account is created when you sign up for WooPayments.
If your email already has a regular Stripe account, Stripe will ask you to sign in to that account during WooPayments signup. You can do that, or you can use a different email instead. Either way, WooPayments creates a new Stripe Express account for you.
