WooPayments sends various notifications (for example, about disputes) to you via email. Since we can only send the notifications to a single email address, our system has some logic in place to try to route them to the best person.
If you wish to manually specify a different email address that our system should use for all WooPayments notifications, please contact support.
NOTE: Having our support staff manually override the email address we send alerts to isn’t the same as changing the email on your account. In fact, changing the account email may be a simpler solution to this issue, unless you cannot change that address for some reason.
