Setup and Configuration

This payment gateway only has a handful of configuration settings. You can change the payment option label and description that users see on the front-end, and you can include both production and testing account credentials for PayLeap. It is important to note that your API Username is NOT the same as your PayLeap merchant username. Your API Transaction Key is also not the same as your password. Both of these can be created and accessed via your Merchant dashboard, however. Finally, the testing API username and transaction key are a completely different account from your merchant account, and you will need to request these separately from PayLeap. In our experience, the process only took about 10 minutes during regular business hours.

Usage

This payment gateway works similar to other popular WooCommerce payment gateways. PayLeap provides a simplified process and clear error messages that give the user feedback in the event that their transaction fails (due to credit card error, expiration date error, etc)
