If your AutomateWoo installation becomes corrupted or crashes, you may need to regenerate the AutomateWoo database tables installed on your site. To do so:
- Install phpMyAdmin Plugin
- Begin by installing the phpMyAdmin plugin on your WordPress site. This tool helps you manage your database.
- Find the AutomateWoo Version Setting
- Open the database using phpMyAdmin and locate the
_optionstable. Look for the entry namedautomatewoo_version. You can refer to our guide on searching your site database for help.
- Open the database using phpMyAdmin and locate the
- Update the Version
- Change the value of
automatewoo_versionto an earlier version number.
- Change the value of
- Trigger a Database Update
- Visit any page in your WordPress Admin area, like the “Plugins” page. This will prompt AutomateWoo to update its database and regenerate the missing tables.
