Smart Stock & Inventory Manager For WooCommerce

Manage product stock and variations from a single screen. Easy, smooth and convenient inventory management plugin.

1. Download the .zip file from your Woo account.
2. Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New to upload the file you downloaded.
3. Activate the extension.

This plugin works out of the box with no setup needed.

1. Navigate to the Smart Stock & Inventory Manager page (WordPress admin > Products > Smart Stock & Inventory Manager).
2. Access the Dashboard tab to view and manage products and their variations.
   • Begin editing any field, and the ‘Save All Changes‘ button will appear at the bottom. Click this button to save your changes to the database.
   • To view or manage variations, click on ‘Variable product‘ in the “Product type” column of the parent variable product row. This action will display all variations for that product.
   • You can filter products by SKU, category, type, stock status, and more. Once you’ve applied the filters, you can make edits to the filtered products.
   • Use the ‘Screen Options‘ menu at the top to customize which columns are displayed in the dashboard.
   • Clicking the ‘History‘ link will open a new tab displaying a log of all stock changes for that specific product or variation.
3. Use the ‘Import/Export‘ tab to import or export products via CSV.
4. Access stock details for all products and their variations through the ‘Stock Log‘ tab. Clicking the ‘History’ link will open a new tab showing a log of all stock changes for the selected product or variation.
