  1. Emails not being sent
    • The plugin uses the WordPress wp_mail() function. Make sure your WordPress site is able to send emails.
    • If emails are not delivered, install and configure an SMTP plugin (e.g., WP Mail SMTP) to improve email deliverability.
    • Verify that you have entered valid email addresses in the plugin settings.
    • Make sure the stock quantity is actually below the threshold you set.
  2. CSV Import not working
    • Ensure your CSV file has the correct format:
    • Save the file as CSV (Comma Separated Values), not Excel or another format.
  3. Low stock products not showing in the list
    • Double-check that the product’s stock is managed in WooCommerce (Enable “Manage stock” in product settings).
    • Confirm that the threshold value is set correctly in the plugin settings.
  4. Plugin settings not saving
    • Make sure you have the proper admin permissions.
    • Clear your browser cache and try again.
