Rental Products: Emails

Configure rental-related emails by navigating to the WooCommerce > Settings > Emails page.

Please note that this email reminder is deactivated by default. You’ll need to navigate to the WooCommerce > Settings > Emails page and click on the Rental return reminder option to activate and edit.

Rental return reminder emails are sent to customers before the rent due date, including any return days threshold, concludes for any rental products in an order. 

Reminders are only sent for orders with a status of Processing– this is because these orders are deemed paid but not yet returned/completed. In addition to the email reminder, a private order note that a reminder email has been sent will also be added to the respective order for future reference.
