The plugin uses a Rule-based configuration system. You need to create a rule to setup the Order Delivery – Date and Time Selector scenario.

To create a new rule, navigate to Delivery and Pickup Scheduler > Scheduler Rules and click on Add New Scheduler Button.

Rule Name: In the Rule Name field, fill in a Rule Name. This will not be displayed to the users.
Shipping Method: By default, a newly created Rule will be applicable for all the Shipping Methods. If you wish to restrict the rule to specific shipping methods, you can do so by selecting the eligible shipping methods in this option.
Applicable For: In this option, select Delivery Only and click on Create button.

The values configured in the Rule Creation Popup will be automatically prefilled in the Rule configuration page.
Start Date: Leave it empty if you wish to run this rule for an indefinite period.
End Date: Leave it empty if you wish to run this rule for an indefinite period.
Priority: When two or more rules match with the same configuration, then the rule with the lowest priority nu

You can set any number starting from 1 in the Priority field.
Description: Use this field to make note of the key points regarding the rule. This text will not be displayed to the user.
Mode: Please Make sure the Delivery only option is selected.

Delivery Slot Mode: Select Calendar in this option.
Number of Days for Delivery Availability: Enter the number of selectable days which is visible to the user.
For Example,
If you set the value as 7, the next available 7 delivery days will be displayed to the user in a calendar. The user will have to select one delivery date.
Delivery Days and Maximum Deliveries Per Day

Delivery Days: Select the days on which you can deliver the order. If you leave out a day, take for example Sunday and save the rule, then the users will not be able to select Sunday as the delivery day.
Maximum Number of Deliveries Per Day: If you wish to place a restriction on how many orders should be delivered on a day, then enter a value in this option.
For Example,
If you have entered 5, then only 5 orders can be placed by selecting a same delivery date. These orders can be placed by a single user or multiple users. Once the limit has been reached, that date cannot be chosen as a delivery date.
Force Users to Select a Delivery Date

When enabled, your users will be forced to select a delivery date before placing the order.
Note:
If the option is disabled and the user has placed an order without selecting a delivery date, then for those orders a delivery date will not be assigned.

Processing Time

Publishing the Rule
↑ Back to top- Once verified, in the Status option, set the Value as Active and click the Save Button.
- Upon completing the Rule Configuration, access the Status Section on the top right section of the page.
- Before publishing the Rule, please verify if the Rule has been configured as per your preference.
