Migrate Import BigCommerce

Migrate your BigCommerce products, orders, and customers to your WooCommerce store in a few clicks.

Setup and Installation

Installation:

Download BigCommerce Migration for WooCommerce and have your .zip file
At the WordPress admin panel, go to the Plugins section, and click ‘Add New’ to upload and install the plugin you just downloaded from WooCommerce.
Upload the .zip file to proceed with the installation.
Wait until the plugin installs. After successful installation, activate the plugin, and move on to configuration settings.

At the WooCommerce admin panel go to WooCommerce > Settings > BigCommerce to Woo for configuration. Here you will find six tabs: API Settings, Product Import Settings, Orders Import Settings, Customers Import Settings, Run Import, and Show Status.

API Settings:

In this section, you can configure the API settings. These include:

Store Hash: Enter the Bigcommerce store hash
Access Token: Enter the API Access token

Product Import Settings:

Import all products: Import all BigCommerce products to WooCommerce store.
Filter by product title: Enter the title if you want to import products from title.
Filter by keyword: Enter the keyword if you want to import only products containing specified keyword in their title.
Filter by BigCommerce categories: Filter products based on their specific category IDs. Use comma-separated values for multiple categories e.g. 1,3,5,8,9.
Filter products after date modified: Select the date to filter all the products that are published after the selected date.
Filter products before date modified: Choose the date to filter products published before that date.
Filter by availability: Select availability option if you want to import products by their availability status.
Import Product Status: Set the status of imported products

Order Import Settings:

Import all orders: Click the checkbox to import all orders from BigCommerce to WooCommerce.
Filter orders created after date: Enter a date to get all the orders after that specific date.
Filter orders created before date: Select a date to import all the orders that were created before that specific date.
Filter by customer email: Enter the email of a customer if you want to import orders from a specific customer.
Filter by minimum order total: Enter the minimum order total.
Filter by maximum order total: Enter the maximum order total.
Order status mapping: check the mapping status of each order in BigCommerce and WooCommerce. You can select the status of each WooCommerce order as:
Pending Payment
Processing
On Hold
Completed
Canceled
Refunded
Failed

Customers Import Settings:

Import all customers: Enable the checkbox to import all customers from BigCommerce to WooCommerce.
Filter customers registered after date: Enter the date if you want to import customers that were registered after the selected date.
Filter customers registered before date: Enter the date if you want to import customers that were registered before the selected date.
Filter by keyword (name): Enter the keyword if you want to import only customers containing specified keyword in their name e.g john.
Filter by customer email: Enter the comma separated email of customers if you want to import specific customers.

Run Import:

In the run import tab, you can manage the import of all products, customers, and orders.

Import All Data: Click the checkbox to import all the data including products, orders, and customers from BigCommerce to WooCommerce according to the import settings you have configured previously.
Import Option: Choose options to import data from BigCommerce to WooCommerce. When “Import All Data to WooCommerce” is checked all data will be imported. When unchecked, you can select:
Import Only products
Import Only Orders
Import Only Customers
