Installation
↑ Back to top- Purchase the product from WooCommerce.com
- Download the ZIP file from your WooCommerce.com dashboard
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and select the ZIP file you just downloaded
- Click Install Now and then Activate.
- Read on to learn how to set up and configure the product.

Configuration
↑ Back to topAfter you have installed and activated the Product Question extension,
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product Question. Here, you can see three tabs, which are General Settings, Email Settings, and Google Captcha Settings.
General Settings
↑ Back to top- Tab Title on Product Page: You can set here the tab title dynamically.
- Total Questions Per Page: Total questions displayed on a single page. Default 10.
- Question Publish/Pending: Admin can set the default status for front-end insertion of question pending or publish
- Frontend Question Open: Admin can allow front-end user to submit their question or not
- Likes/Dislikes: If enabled, users will be able to like or dislike questions and answers.
- My Account Question Section Setting: Admin set the total question limit for my account page
- My Account Answer Section Setting: Admin set the total their answers (regarding questions) limit for my account page
- Comments Approved/Unapproved: Admin restrict user to publish comment was approved by admin or pending for admin review
- Tab Title on Account Page: You can set the account page title form here
- Comment Open/Closed: Admin can set comments to open or closed.
- Button Text: If you want to change the Have A Question button text, which is displayed on the product single page after the product price, you can
- Have A Question: If enabled, the “Have A Question” button will be displayed under the product price.
- Button Color: Select the Color for the button.
- Button Text Color: Choose button text color.

Email Settings
↑ Back to top- Notification for Customers: Enable the email notification on FAQ Inserting
- Answer Email Subject: Subject of the email sent to the customer when a new answer is submitted by admin.
- Question Email Subject: Subject of the email sent to the customer when a new question is submitted by the customer.
- Email Content: Content of email of some text you want to send with email enter here

Google Captcha Settings
↑ Back to top- Google Captcha: Enable Google Captcha for question submission.
- Google Recaptcha Site Key: Go to Google recaptcha site then click on top right reCaptcha button and follow the Instructions. Register your site by giving the URL path and get the site key
- Google Recaptcha Secret Key: Go to Google recaptcha site then click on top right reCaptcha button and follow the Instructions. Register your site by giving the URL path and get the secret key

All Product FAQs
↑ Back to topNavigate to WooCommerce > All Product FAQs, where you can manage all FAQs, respond to them, and set them as public or private. Admins can also add new FAQs here.

Notify Customers About Replies Through Emails
↑ Back to topTo reply to customer emails regarding their FAQs, go to WooCommerce > All Product FAQs > Edit any FAQ. On the left side, you’ll find the customer email option. Simply select “YES” to notify customers via email.
