Request a Callback

WooCommerce Request a Callback extension allows your customers to call you or request a callback regarding specific products.

Installation

Download the request-a-callback.zip file from your WooCommerce account.
At the WordPress Admin Panel, go to Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded after purchase.
Install Now and Activate extension.

After installation of this plugin, go to WooCommerce>Settings>Request a Callback to configure its settings. Here you will find two tabs:

Click the “Callback Settings” tab, set your weekdays with working hours to enable the “Call Now” button during working hours.

Add staff members with name, designation, and phone number, so that users will be able to call your support staff during working hours.

Apply these settings for specific products, categories, or the whole shop.

Visit the “General Settings” tab to enable and customize “Call Back” and “Call Now” popups, button text, and colors for the frontend.

Go to WooCommerce>Callback Requests to view all the received requests from customers and you can export them as well.

Offer add-ons like gift wrapping, special messages or other special options for your products.

Add shipment tracking information to your orders.
