From your WordPress Admin Dashboard navigate to Products → Sentiment Analysis.

Click “Settings” tab.

Enter your Open AI API Key in the “API Key” field and click Save Settings.

NOTE: If, for any reason, your website has issues running WP Cron jobs, disable the Background Tasking option.

The plugin will start analyzing every new review automatically as it is submitted, assigning a sentiment score (positive, neutral, or negative) based on the content of the review.

To review product sentiments, go your Website Dashboard and navigate to Products  Sentiment Analysis.

Enter the product name and select it from the drop down to view the sentiment breakdown for that specific product.

A sentiment graph will be displayed, visualizing the distribution of positive, neutral, and negative reviews over time, along with insights into common likes and dislikes mentioned in customer reviews.

On the Front End, under each customer review, the administrator and comment moderators can view the sentiment analysis for that review. This provides insights into the overall mood and tone of the feedback, helping to better understand customer opinions. This sentiment analysis is not visible to regular users.

Sentiment analysis for each review can also be viewed from Dashboard → Products → Reviews page:

Overall product sentiment score is visible in the products page:

Clicking on the sentiment score will redirect the user to the Sentiment Analysis page for that product.
