- Download the test-orders.zip file from your WooCommerce account.
- Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin. Choose File with the file you downloaded.
- Install Now and Activate Plugin.

Navigate to: WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Test order.
Enable and save the changes.
After the payment gateway is enabled, you can place your orders on your site without any real payments.
By using the user roles filter, selected user roles can easily place the order and see if their checkout works as it should.
