Advanced Bulk Edit for WooCommerce plugin allows you to easily view and bulk edit product variations in addition to products. You can easily bulk edit regular prices, sale prices, or custom fields for products and their variations.
This doc explains how you can view and bulk edit product variations.
To use this functionality, follow these steps:
- Go to the WooCommerce Products listing page (WordPress admin > Products > All Products).
- For variable products, you’ll find an eye icon next to the ‘Name’ field.
- Click the ‘eye icon‘ to view the product variations. This will display a list of all variations along with their inventory data.
Similar to products, you can effortlessly select individual or all variations for bulk editing. For instance, if you’d like to bulk edit the sale prices of selected variations based on their regular prices, just follow these steps:
- Select the products you want to edit. In this case, let’s select all the variations for the ‘V-Neck T-Shirt’ product.
- From the ‘Bulk Actions’ dropdown, select ‘Edit’ and click ‘Apply’.
- A slide-over panel will appear:
- To apply changes to the selected products, choose ‘Selected Items’.
- To apply changes to all products, select ‘All Items in Store’.
- Add the desired bulk edit actions as shown below and click the ‘Update’ button. That’s it!
