Carien Order Status Manager for WooCommerce allows your WooCommerce store to manage custom WooCommerce order statuses with labels, icons, customer emails, bulk actions, and quick admin controls. .

The simplest way to start using a product from WooCommerce.com is to use the “Add to store” functionality on the order confirmation page or the My subscriptions section in your account.

  1. Navigate to My subscriptions.
  2. Find the Add to store button next to the product you’re planning to install.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen, and the product will be automatically added to your store.

To set up your store with Carien Order Status Manager for WooCommerce:

  1. Getting Started
  2. To set up your store with Carien Order Status Manager :
  3. Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Manager.
  4. Fill in the required fields:
    • Slug (without wc-prefix)
    • Status name
    • Position after
  5. Finally, click Save Status.

There’s a lot of freedom here to create sections you feel are necessary to explain setup or different configurations.

Add icon on the customized status?

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Manager.

If you create a new status or edit an existing one, click on the View all Dashicons link, below the Icon (Dashicons) fields.

Click on the icon you want, then copy its slug into the Icon (Dashicons) field, and finally click Save Status.

Send an email when an order changes to a custom status

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Manager.

If you create a new status or edit an existing one, Fill the following fields:

Email subject

Email message

Then click on the  Send email to customer? check box. Finally click on Save status.

Add description to a custom status

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Manager.

If you create a new status or edit an existing one, Fill the field Description (visible to customer).

Then Click on checkbox Show description to customer?.

Finally click on Save status.

The description will be visible in My Account > Orders > Specific Order page.

If enabled, the description will be visible to customers on the My Account > Orders > Specific Order page.
In the admin Orders page, operators can update multiple orders to this custom status using Bulk actions.
If an icon is set for the status, a button will also appear in the Actions column next to each order.
