ZapBridge is a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce that automatically sends your store activity (like orders or customer actions) to another tool or app.

Requirements

You only need:

  • A WordPress website
  • WooCommerce installed
  • A webhook URL (this is provided by services like Zapier or Make.com, or your developer)

Installing ZapBridge

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard
  2. Click Plugins → Add New
  3. Upload the ZapBridge plugin file
  4. Click Install Now
  5. After installation, click Activate

Setup & Configuration

  1. Go to ZapBridge Settings in your WordPress menu
  2. You will see a field called Webhook URL
  3. Paste your webhook link there
  4. Click Save Settings

Usage

Once setup is complete, you don’t need to do anything manually as ZapBridge runs in the background. Every selected event is sent instantly to your selected webhook.

What Events Can Be Sent?

ZapBridge can automatically send data when these things happen:

  • Order Created – when a new order is placed
  • Order Status Changed – when the order moves (processing, completed, etc.)
  • Product Added to Cart – when a customer adds a product
  • Product Added to Wishlist – when a wishlist action happens
  • New Customer Registered – when someone creates an account

Why is nothing is being sent?

  • Check if the webhook URL is correct
  • Make sure the plugin is activated
  • Ensure WooCommerce is working properly

Do I Need Coding Skills?

No. ZapBridge is designed for beginners.
