When the user visits the cart page, they will see two buttons: Share Cart and Request Quote.

When the user clicks on Request Quote, a form will appear. In this form, they can enter their name, contact number, and additional notes, and then submit the request.

This quote will be sent to the Quote Requests tab in the admin dashboard. To view the quote request, the admin will need to click on Quote Requests in the WooCommerce submenu.

The admin can modify the prices of the selected products and approve them, allowing the user to purchase the products at the modified price.

The user can view their quotes in the My Quotes tab on the My Account page.

If the admin has approved the quote, the user will see a “But Now” button, which they can click to easily convert their quote into a cart.

The admin can customize the email as per their preference. To do so, they can find the option under the Emails tab on the WooCommerce -> Settings page.
