Discogs Integration for WooCommerce

Step 1: Install the App

a) Install the Discogs Integration for WooCommerce app from the WooCommerce App Marketplace.

b) Once installed, the app will redirect you to the Disconnect Portal. 

Step 2: Authenticate Your Discogs Account

1. In the Disconnect Portal, go to the Channel Settings section.

2. Choose your user type (Discogs or Near Me).

3. Authenticate your Discogs account to complete the connection.

Step 3: Import Products from Discogs

– Once Discogs is authenticated, Disconnect will import your Discogs listings to the platform.

– You can view the imported products in the Products menu in a table format.

– Use the table to:

a) Update product images and details.

b) Modify field mappings for individual products.

c) Enable or disable synchronization for specific products.

Step 4: Authenticate Your WooCommerce Account

– Go to the WooCommerce section in the Disconnect Portal.

– Enter your WooCommerce store domain (your store URL) and click Authenticate.

– You will be redirected to your WooCommerce account to approve the connection.

– Log in to your WooCommerce account (if required) and click Approve to finalize the authentication.

Step 5: Enable Product Sync

– After authenticating WooCommerce, return to the Disconnect Portal.

– Navigate to the WooCommerce Settings.

– Once your account is configured, simply enable the switch to create products on WooCommerce.

Step 6: Manage Inventory and Advanced Features

1. Configure inventory settings to enable real-time stock updates across both platforms.

3. Field Mapping: Customise how product data from Discogs maps to WooCommerce fields using Disconnect’s Dynamic Mapping.

4. Category Mapping: Map Discogs products to specific WooCommerce categories based on attributes like Genre, Style, or Format.

5. Repricing: Adjust product prices during sync by increasing or decreasing them by a percentage or fixed amount.

6. Currency Conversion: Set manual conversion rates if Discogs and WooCommerce use different currencies.

7. Click Save to start syncing your Discogs products to WooCommerce.

Step 7: Sync Orders

– The Orders section in Disconnect provides detailed information about orders from both Discogs and WooCommerce.
