Installation

  1. Purchase the product from WooCommerce.com
  2. Download the ZIP file from your WooCommerce.com dashboard
  3. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and select the ZIP file you just downloaded
  4. Click Install Now and then Activate.
  5. Read on to learn how to set up and configure the product.

After activation, a new submenu titled Order Priority Rules will appear under the WooCommerce menu.

Step 1: Create Priority Rules

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Order Priority Rules.
  2. Click on Add Rule and define the conditions for the rule.
  3. Assign a priority level (Normal, High, Urgent, Critical) for the rule.
  4. Save the rule.

The plugin will automatically apply the defined rules to all newly placed orders.

Step 2: Customize Priority Styles

  1. Go to WooCommerce > Order Priority Rules > Settings.
  2. Customize the text, color, and background styles for each priority level.
  3. Save the changes to apply your customizations.

Viewing Order Priorities

Open the Orders page in the WooCommerce admin panel. You’ll see a new column titled Order Priority, displaying the priority level for each order with its assigned style.

Filtering Orders by Priority

Use the Priority Filter dropdown at the top of the orders table to filter orders by priority levels (e.g., High, Urgent). Click Apply to view only the orders matching the selected priority.

Manually Updating Priority

  1. Go to WooCommerce > Orders and open the Edit Order page for any order.
  2. In the Order Priority section, select a new priority from the dropdown.
  3. Save the order to update its priority.
