↑ Back to topAll fraud management happens in the WordPress admin under Sensfrx. Store owners use the dashboard, review queue, validation rules, and activity logs to monitor and manage fraud.
What customers see on the storefront
↑ Back to topSensfrx is designed to run mostly in the background. In most cases, legitimate customers notice little or no change to the shopping experience.
On the storefront, Sensfrx may:
- Load a lightweight device intelligence script after your store is connected (required for fraud detection)
- Add hidden security fields on login, registration, and checkout forms
- Show a message or block access when activity is flagged as high risk or fraudulent, based on your policy settings
- Send email notifications for certain medium-risk events, if enabled
Sensfrx does not add captchas to your store by default. Bot protection runs through device and behavior analysis.
Events Sensfrx monitors
↑ Back to topSensfrx scores activity across the customer journey, including:
- New account registration
- Customer login and failed login attempts
- Password reset requests
- Add to cart and remove from cart
- Checkout and payment attempts
- Completed orders
- Guest checkout orders

FAQs
↑ Back to topHelp customers by answering commonly asked questions.
Do I need a separate Sensfrx account?
Sensfrx creates or connects your account during in-plugin onboarding. Enter your email, verify with a one-time code, and your store is linked automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Sensfrx includes a free plan with monthly API credits. Paid plans are available if your store needs higher volume.
Does Sensfrx work with guest checkout?
Yes. Guest orders are scored and protected the same as registered customer orders.
Does Sensfrx work with my payment gateway?
Yes. Sensfrx works with any payment gateway supported by WooCommerce. Fraud checks run during checkout regardless of which gateway you use.
Will Sensfrx slow down my checkout?
Sensfrx is designed for real-time scoring with minimal impact on checkout performance.
Where do I manage settings?
All settings are under Sensfrx in the WordPress admin — not under WooCommerce > Settings
What data does Sensfrx process?
When connected, Sensfrx may process data such as IP addresses, device signals, registration and login events, billing and shipping details, and order information solely for fraud detection. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The extension does not send data until your store is connected.
How do I uninstall the extension?
Deactivate the plugin from Plugins in WordPress. Fraud history data is retained by default unless you enable data deletion in Sensfrx advanced settings before uninstalling.
