Install the plugin

Connect via My Subscriptions
Navigate to My Subscriptions on WooCommerce.com. Find the plugin and click Add to Store. Follow the on-screen instructions — the plugin will be automatically added to your store.

Configuration
Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Download Orders and customize the following:

Define the data visible in customer-generated PDFs from the My Account page — keep it clean and relevant for buyers.

Click Save Changes. Your PDF configuration is applied immediately — both admin and customer PDFs will reflect your settings right away.
Using the plugin

For Admins
Go to WooCommerce → Orders. In the Orders Table, click the Download & Share button for any order. On the Edit Order page, use the same options to download or share the order PDF from inside the order detail screen.
