The simplest way to start using a product from WooCommerce.com is to use the “Add to store” functionality on the order confirmation page or the My subscriptions section in your account.

Navigate to My subscriptions.
Find the Add to store button next to the product you’re planning to install.
Follow the instructions on the screen, and the product will be automatically added to your store.

To set up your store with ExpandNow:

Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > ExpandNow.
Click Enable ExpandNow to activate the extension.
Click Connect to ExpandNow to begin the account setup process.
You’ll be redirected to create your ExpandNow account and complete business verification.
Once approved, return to your WooCommerce settings to complete the integration.
Save changes.

After installing the extension, you’ll need to:

Create your ExpandNow account with business information
Complete business verification (KYB process)
Configure payout settings including preferred currencies
Review and accept Merchant of Record terms

The verification process typically takes a few business days. You’ll receive email updates on your application status.

In your WooCommerce ExpandNow settings, you can configure:

Enabled Countries: Select which countries you want to sell to
Product Types: Choose to sell physical products, digital products, or both
Checkout Experience: Configure localized checkout options

No additional configuration is required for tax compliance.

Payment method configuration

ExpandNow automatically enables appropriate payment methods based on the customer’s location, including:

Local payment methods (Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.)
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)
