To start using a product from WooCommerce.com, you can use the “Add to store” functionality on the order confirmation page or the My subscriptions section in your account.

  1. Navigate to My subscriptions.
  2. Find the Add to store button next to the product you’re planning to install.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen, and the product will be automatically added to your store.

To set up your store with TopLayer/LEO – Bulk Notifications:

  1. Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > TopLayer/LEO .
  2. Tick the tab for Bulk Notifications
  3. Download the CSV template from the plugin settings.
  4. Enter the Order ID and Customer Note for each order you’d like to update.
  5. Upload the file and click Save changes.
  6. Bulk Notifications handles the rest—your notes are queued, processed in the background, and emailed to customers automatically.

Send Tracking Numbers at Scale
When dozens or hundreds of packages ship on the same day, entering tracking details manually can be overwhelming. With Bulk Notifications, you can upload a CSV with order IDs and their corresponding tracking numbers, and each customer will automatically receive their shipping confirmation email. If a customer note is not successfully attached to an order and emailed to the customer, there are a few possible causes.

  • Check your store’s email settings. If your store does not other emails like order notifications or password reset links, the issue may be related to how your site handles email.
  • Check your import csv for formatting issues. The column headers must be exactly as they appear in the downloadable template.
  • Be sure you use the Order ID from the customer’s order and not an Order Number.
