↑ Back to topTo start using a product from WooCommerce.com, you can use the “Add to store” functionality on the order confirmation page or the My subscriptions section in your account.
- Navigate to My subscriptions.
- Find the Add to store button next to the product you’re planning to install.
- Follow the instructions on the screen, and the product will be automatically added to your store.

- Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > TopLayer/LEO .
- Tick the tab for Bulk Notifications
- Download the CSV template from the plugin settings.
- Enter the Order ID and Customer Note for each order you’d like to update.
- Upload the file and click Save changes.
- Bulk Notifications handles the rest—your notes are queued, processed in the background, and emailed to customers automatically.

↑ Back to topIf a customer note is not successfully attached to an order and emailed to the customer, there are a few possible causes.
- Check your store’s email settings. If your store does not other emails like order notifications or password reset links, the issue may be related to how your site handles email.
- Check your import csv for formatting issues. The column headers must be exactly as they appear in the downloadable template.
- Be sure you use the Order ID from the customer’s order and not an Order Number.
