Hoplix is a print on demand and dropshipping service based in Italy. With the Hoplix extension you publish products created on Hoplix to your WooCommerce store. When a customer buys, Hoplix prints, packs and ships the order to your customer, and your store is updated with the shipping status and the tracking number.

Connect your store to Hoplix
↑ Back to top- Open the Hoplix menu and click Connect.
- Follow the steps on screen to link the store to your Hoplix account.
- Hoplix creates in your store the color and size attributes it needs for its products.
If the connection fails, open your Hoplix account, go to Integrations > WooCommerce and, in the actions menu of your store, click Retry connection.
Publish print on demand products
↑ Back to top- Create your products on Hoplix: choose a product, add your design, set colors and your selling price.
- In your Hoplix account go to Integrations > WooCommerce > Add Products and choose the products to publish.
- Each product is created in your store as a variable product, with its colors, sizes, prices, images, mockups and size guide.
Update a published product
↑ Back to topEdit the product on Hoplix, then go to Integrations > WooCommerce > Published Products and click Update on WooCommerce. The product in your store is updated within a few minutes, variations included. Changes made to that product directly in WooCommerce are replaced by the Hoplix data.
Orders
↑ Back to topOrder import
↑ Back to topOrders that contain Hoplix products are imported into Hoplix automatically. In the extension settings choose how: in real time, every hour or every two hours. You can also send orders manually from your Hoplix account.
In the settings you also choose the payment method used to pay Hoplix for production and shipping. Your customers pay you in your store as usual.
Shipping status and tracking
↑ Back to topWhen Hoplix ships an order, the order in your store is updated automatically:
- the status changes to Completed;
- your customer receives an order note with the carrier, the tracking number and the tracking link;
- the tracking data is also saved in the format used by the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking extension, if you use it.
If an order is cancelled on Hoplix before shipping, it is marked as Cancelled in your store. Emails to your customers are sent by WooCommerce, from your store and under your brand.
Orders and statistics in WordPress
↑ Back to topThe Hoplix menu in your WordPress admin shows the orders sent to Hoplix and your sales statistics.
Hoplix shipping rates at checkout
↑ Back to topYour customers can see the real Hoplix shipping cost for their address at checkout, standard and express, plus the margin you choose.
- In the Hoplix extension settings set Hoplix shipping rates at checkout to Enabled.
- Choose your margin in percent and whether to offer express shipping.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping, open each shipping zone you ship to and add the Hoplix shipping method.
The shipping option chosen by your customer, standard or express, is the one Hoplix uses for the order. If Hoplix cannot be reached, an optional fallback rate keeps your checkout working.
Carts with your own products
↑ Back to topUse the Carts with other products setting:
- Split: the cart becomes two shipments. Hoplix products use the Hoplix rates, your products use your store’s shipping methods, and the customer pays both. Your shipping zones need at least one shipping method of your own besides Hoplix, otherwise your products have no shipping option.
- Use Hoplix rates only when the cart contains only Hoplix products: mixed carts use only your store’s shipping methods.
Taxes
↑ Back to topThe Hoplix rate works like any WooCommerce shipping cost: if your store calculates taxes, the rate is shown net and WooCommerce adds the tax; otherwise it includes VAT.
Your brand on every parcel
↑ Back to topShipments carry your store’s name, never the Hoplix logo. You can also add your own shipping label from your Hoplix account.
