Installation
↑ Back to top- Download the .zip file from your WooCommerce account.
- Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded with Choose File.
- Install Now and Activate the extension.
Elta Courier Web Services Credentials

↑ Back to top- Go to: WooCommerce> Settings> WPSlash Voucher Settings.
- Select the number of instances of Elta Courier Voucher you will run (*more than one instance required if you want to use multiple credentials)
- Choose the Weight Calculation method . You can choose to have a fixed weight or an automatic weight based on order items weight. You can also enable the Weight Rewrite feature to be able to define the weight you want for the order.
- Complete all the credentials you got from Elta Courier
- You can also enable the option to send automatically the tracking code to the customer or enable extra services from Elta Courier.
- If you want automatically trace every order you can also enable the automatic tracking. This will create two new order statuses , Delivery Completed and Delivery Denied . The plugin will automatically follow every order until delivered or denied from the recipient.
- Check the option Enable Elta Courier Web Services
- Save changes.
Usage
↑ Back to top- Go to WooCommerce > Orders
- Left to the button you will see that there are some options for the voucher before creating it. You can change the parcel count or select as Extra Service Saturday Delivery.
- Press the Button Voucher and select ACS Courier
- Your Voucher will automatically created .
- You can Print , Cancel or Trace the Voucher you just created

How can i restrict voucher generation for specific shipping instances or methods ? You can restrict voucher generation for specific shipping instances under WooCommerce > WPSlash Voucher Settings > Elta Courier and select the shipping instances you want a voucher to be generated. You can also restrict it more globally by restricting the voucher generation by shipping method (Example: Vouchers should not be generated for Local Pickup methods , so you will have to include all the methods except from this method)
How to print in bulk all generated vouchers from Elta Courier ? Navigate to WooCommerce > Elta Courier and you will be able to bulk print all vouchers with a single click.
How exactly the auto-tracing works? By enabling auto tracing plugin Elta Courier Voucher for WooCommerce will add two new order statuses (Delivery Completed and Delivery Denied) . The plugin will check for each order statuses every hour or twice a day(depending on what you set under WooCommerce > Settings > WPSlash Voucher Settings) and update all the orders depending on the status.
Is Cash On Delivery automatically added on voucher creation ? Yes , Cash on Delivery(COD) is automatically adding COD service and the total amount of the order(including any fees).
Can i use multiple credentials ? Yes , Elta Courier Voucher for WooCommerce supports multiple instances , you can use multiple credentials if you want.
I am using more than one courier . Can i use your other plugins simultaneously ? Yes , Off – course . You can use all of our courier plugins in combination with Elta Courier Voucher.
Notes:
- When you Cancel the Voucher from Elta Courier you have also to inform your local Elta Courier branch to cancel it because Elta Courier Web Services does not offer cancellation service.
