Bulk Edit Variations Prices

Bulk Edit Variations Prices lets you change regular and sale prices across all your variable products from one screen — instantly, on a schedule, or on a repeating cycle.

• WordPress 6.9 or higher
• WooCommerce 9.0 or higher
• PHP 8.0 or higher
• Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)

1. Download the plugin .zip from WooCommerce.com → My Account → Downloads.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the .zip and click Install Now.
3. Click Activate. The plugin appears under Products → Bulk Edit Prices.

1. Go to Products → Bulk Edit Prices and keep Bulk Rule mode selected.
2. Select products — click Select All, choose a category, or search by name.
3. Set the rule — increase or decrease by a fixed amount or percentage, or set a fixed price, for the regular and/or sale price.
4. Click Preview Changes and check the table of current and new prices.
5. Click Update Prices.

• Select All — loads every variable product in the store.
• Filter by category — loads all variable products in the chosen category.
• Search — add specific products by name.

Use exclusions to leave some prices unchanged, even when Select All is used.

• Exclude categories — every product in the chosen categories is skipped.
• Exclude by attribute value — for example, skip all variations with Size: Large.
• Exclude individual variations — pick specific variations to skip.

After a percentage change, round results to the nearest 1.00, 0.50 or 0.05 so prices look intentional (for example, 14.37 becomes 14.50).

1. Select Per-Variation Prices mode.
2. Select products. A table loads with every variation and its current prices.
3. Enter a New Regular Price and optional New Sale Price on each row. Leave a field blank to keep the current price.
4. Click Update Prices, or schedule the change (see below).

1. Open the Scheduled Updates tab.
2. Select products and choose Bulk Rule or Per-Variation Prices.
3. Enter the prices, then set a date and time.
4. Optional: choose a recurrence — daily, weekly or monthly.
5. Optional: turn on the email notification.
6. Click Save Schedule.

Tip: to run a sale with an end date, create two schedules — one that applies the sale price and one that restores the regular price when the sale ends.

• View — the Scheduled Updates tab lists every upcoming update with its mode, recurrence and date.
• Edit — change the date, time, prices or recurrence before it runs.
• Delete — removes the schedule so the change is never applied.
• Automatic cleanup — completed one-time schedules are removed automatically. Recurring schedules move to their next date.

The Audit Log tab records every instant and scheduled update: date and time, user, mode, action, products and number of variations updated.

A scheduled update ran late or did not run.
See the WP-Cron note above. Confirm the site’s timezone under Settings → General matches the time you scheduled.

A product does not appear in the editor.
The plugin works with variable products. Simple products are not listed.

Prices did not change on the storefront.
Clear any page or object cache from your caching plugin or host.

Does it change prices on existing orders?
No. Only product prices change. Existing orders keep the prices they were placed at.

Can I check prices before applying?
Yes. Use Preview Changes to see every new price first.

Does it run on the storefront?
The plugin works in the admin area when you edit prices or when a schedule runs.
