Add extra fees or taxes and increase your store’s revenue with the ‘Conditional Extra Fees for WooCommerce’ plugin. It allows you to apply additional charges without increasing the actual product prices, providing a flexible way to manage costs and maximize profit.
Installation:

2. Go to WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded by choosing File.
3. Install now and activate the extension.

Setup and Configuration:
↑ Back to topActivate and install the WooCommerce Conditional Fee plugin from the provided file. After activation, the ‘conditional fee’ option will appear in the WooCommerce dropdown menu. This feature allows you to add extra fees, shipping charges, and tax to the product price without increasing the actual product price.
This plugin has the ability to increase your store revenue by adding customized rules, applying extra fees, enabling or disabling tax, and setting conditions based on quantity, weight, subtotal, shipping method, product tags, and categories. You can also apply custom conditions that are directly linked to the conditional fee rules.
Conditional Fee:
↑ Back to topGo to the WooCommerce plugin, open the drop-down menu, and choose the Conditional Fee option. The grid view is open with existing rules and the “Add New Rule” button.
Create New Rules:
General Setting:
↑ Back to topClick the Create New Rule button and follow the steps below:
- Add Title: Add the customized title of the rule.
- Enable Condition Fee: Enable/disable the toggle of the condition fee as per your business requirements.
- Fees Rule Title: Add the label/title for the fee rule.
- Fees Type: Set the type of fee by using the dropdown value, such as Percentage fee or Fixed Fee.
- Is Optional Fees: You can make the fee optional or mandatory by using the dropdown value.
- Fees Taxable: Select the dropdown value Yes/No and make the fee taxable or nontaxable.
- Tooltip shown next to the Fee Amount: You can add the custom tax for the tooltip if you want to display the tooltip.
- Select Currency: Select a currency from the dropdown, such as USD, EUR, PKR, INR, AED, etc., to apply the fee rule. By default, the rule will apply to all currencies.

- Fees End: Set the end date of the fee using the calendar.
Extra Fee Rules:

- Cart Quantity: Set the minimum and maximum quantity, as well as the extra fee based on quantity.
- Cart Weight: Set the minimum and maximum weight, as well as the extra fee based on weight.
- Cart Subtotal: Set the minimum and maximum subtotal, as well as the extra fee based on the subtotal.
- Product Quantity: Set the minimum and maximum product quantity, as well as the extra fee based on quantity.
- Category Quantity: Set the minimum and maximum category quantity, as well as the extra fee based on quantity.
- Product Subtotal: Set the minimum and maximum product subtotal, as well as the extra fee based on product subtotal.
- Product Weight: Set the minimum and maximum product weight, along with the additional fee based on product weight.
- Shipping Class Quantity: Set the shipping class, minimum and maximum shipping quantities, and the extra fee based on shipping quantity.
- Shipping Class Weight: Set the shipping class, minimum and maximum shipping weight, and the extra fee based on shipping weight.
- Tag Quantity: Set the minimum and maximum tag quantity, along with the additional fee based on tag quantity.
Section Rules (Conditional Fee Rules):
↑ Back to topYou can apply the conditions based on the extra fee rule. To add the section/conditional rules:
- Rule Match: Set the rule using the dropdown, such as ‘All conditions must match’ or ‘Any condition can .’
Click the Add Rule button to apply the conditions.
- Select Conditions: Choose conditions based on country, location, product quantity, tag, category, coupon, shipping class, user role, shipping method, purchase history, product attributes, and product type.
- After selecting the condition, a related field will appear where you can set the logic “is equal to” or “is not equal to” the selected condition.
Conditional Fee Pro:
↑ Back to topOpen the WooCommerce Settings, then click on the ‘Conditional Fee Pro’ option. From there, you can apply the following settings:
- Conditional Fee Checkbox: Add a customized label for the conditional fee checkbox.
- Show fees in WooCommerce Order Analytics: You can enable or disable the Order Analytics option, which tracks the collection amount for each order.
