QR Payments NBU

QR Payments NBU allows your WooCommerce store to accept UAH account-to-account payments using QR codes based on the National Bank of Ukraine payment format. Customers can scan the code on desktop or tap it on mobile to open a compatible banking app with the payment details prefilled.

The extension generates QR codes locally on your WordPress server and can optionally help you reconcile incoming payments through Monobank or PrivatBank using credentials provided by the store owner.

To configure QR Payments NBU:

  1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
  2. Open QR Payments NBU.
  3. Enable the payment method.
  4. Select the recipient bank used for payment reconciliation.
  5. Enter the recipient name exactly as registered for the bank account.
  6. Enter the Ukrainian IBAN that will receive customer payments.
  7. Enter the recipient EDRPOU or tax identification code.
  8. Confirm that the currency is set to UAH.
  9. Set the payment purpose template. Use {order_id} to include the WooCommerce order number.
  10. Select the order status that should be applied after a matching payment is confirmed.
  11. Save changes.
