Monthly Sales Reporting
At the end of each month, you need a clean snapshot of orders, totals, taxes, and shipping. TopLayer/LEO – Export generates a CSV in minutes, with one row per order or per product, so you can hand it off to accounting or import it into spreadsheets without manual cleanup.

Program or Role-Based Segmentation
If your store serves multiple programs or customer roles, filtering and reporting can be time‑consuming. Export includes a Program/Role column so you can quickly segment results, measure performance, and create targeted reports without building custom queries.

Operational Fulfillment Checks
Need to verify SKUs, quantities, or line‑item details before a big shipment? Exporting per‑product rows gives your team a precise pick‑list style report, including item meta and order details, making fulfillment faster and more accurate.

Custom Field Audits
When you collect extra information at checkout, or are using you may need to review it in bulk. With TopLayer/LEO – Custom Checkout Fields active, those values appear in the CSV, making it easy to audit submissions, validate data

Bulk Notifications Order ID Lists
If TopLayer/LEO – Bulk Notifications is active, you can send updates at scale, but you first need a clean list of order IDs. Use Export to generate a CSV filtered by date or criteria, then copy the order IDs into your Bulk Notifications template to build a fast, accurate upload list.

Store Credits Balance Reviews
If TopLayer/LEO – Store Credits is active, Export adds a coupon CSV so you can review balances, usage, and activity in one place. Run a date‑filtered export and share it with finance or support to reconcile credits, audit changes, or answer customer questions quickly.

Troubleshooting

If an export does not generate or the CSV looks incomplete, there are a few possible causes.

  • Check WooCommerce and WordPress permissions. Exports are written to /uploads/exported_reports, so the uploads directory must be writable.
  • Review your filters and date range. An empty CSV often means no orders match the criteria you selected.
  • Confirm your column selection. If a column is missing data, it may only populate when a related LEO add‑on is active (Custom Fields or Store Credits).
