Inline Order Notes

1. Download the .zip file from your WooCommerce account.
2. Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin the file you have just downloaded.
3. Now, Install and Activate the extension.

After successfully activating the Inline Order Notes plugin, please go to WooCommerce > Orders. You’ll immediately notice the addition of:

• An input field and ‘Write’ button for adding and managing order notes.
• A new bulk action labeled ‘Write Order Note’.
• A column titled ‘Order Notes’.

Quickly add the same note to multiple orders. Enter your note in the designated field near the filter, select the orders you want to update, and then apply the note using the Write Order Note bulk action.

Streamline your order management by adding individual notes directly from the order list, saving time and simplifying your workflow.

For your convenience, all order notes created with our enhanced extension are securely recorded within the order history, allowing you to easily review past interactions.
