How to resend coupons generated from an order to the buyer

Smart Coupons provide a powerful, “all-in-one” solution for gift cards, store credits, discount coupons, and vouchers extending the core functionality of WooCommerce coupons.

This doc article explains how you can resend undelivered coupons to your customers using the email invoice.

The generated coupons may not get delivered sometimes. So when the buyer asks for the coupon details, you can use the Email Invoice available in the WooCommerce core.

Coupons generated after the order are included in the Email Invoice, so you can use it to resend coupon details.

To resend coupon details:

  1. Go to WordPress Admin panel > Orders.
  2. Open the order.
  3. Under the Order actions section, select Email invoice / order details to customer from the dropdown.
  4. Click on the arrow which is located just after the drop-down.

That’s it.
