- Subscription Status Changed – This trigger can be used for specific status changes (e.g. active to expired) or if you wish to monitor any change in status.
- Subscription Before Renewal – This trigger runs a set number of days before a subscription renewal payment is due.
- Subscription Before End – This trigger runs a set number of days before a subscription is scheduled to end/expire.
- Subscription Payment Complete – This trigger fires when the first payment has been completed and after each renewal payment is successfully charged.
- Subscription Payment Failed – This fires when a subscription renewal payment fails.
- Subscription Trial End – This trigger can be used to create workflows that notify customers when a free trial ends.
AutomateWoo also contains several subscription actions that can be used to bulk update subscriptions prices, create prepaid subscriptions, pause subscription renewals, add/remove products, add/remove coupons and much more!
WooCommerce BookingsÂ
AutomateWoo (5.3 and newer) integrates with WooCommerce Bookings (1.15.35 or newer required). If you want to improve your customer experience, decrease cancellations, or even upsell customers after they book, AutomateWoo can help.
- Booking Created – This trigger fires when a new booking is created. This could be for bookings created via checkout, or created manually with a new corresponding order. This does not trigger for manually created bookings that are assigned to an existing order or no order.
- Booking Status Changed – This trigger can be used for specific status changes (e.g. paid to confirmed, or confirmed to completed) or if you wish to monitor any change in status.
WooCommerce Points and RewardsÂ
AutomateWoo integrates with the WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin making it possible to add and remove points via automated workflows and more. Giving points is a great way to reward specific customer actions and with workflows, it’s possible to easily create complex reward scenarios. Use cases include:

MailPoet
