French Invoice And Certification Documentation by KIWIZ

Description

The Kiwiz module is a real-time certification system in the Blockchain to comply with the French VAT 2018 anti-fraud law. It integrates itself into the WooCommerce extension and allows generating invoices and certified credit memos in pdf format.

Le module Kiwiz est un système de certification en temps réel dans la Blockchain pour se conformer à la loi anti-fraude TVA 2018. Il s’intègre à l’extension WooCommerce et permet de générer des factures et des avoirs certifiés au format pdf.

Installation

 

1 – Before installing the Kiwiz extension / Avant d’installer l’extension Kiwiz :

  • Save your files and the database.
  • Export already existing invoices and credit memos.
  • Uninstall all other extensions which generate invoices and / or credit notes.
  • Faire une sauvegarde des fichiers et de la base de données.
  • Exporter les factures et avoirs déjà présents.
  • Désinstaller toutes les extensions permettant de faire des factures et/ou avoirs.
 

2 – Installation

Download files from the extension to the directory: / wp-content / plugins / woocommerce-gateway-certification-de-facture-et-gestion-de-pdf-kiwiz Or install them directly via the WordPress extensions page: Extensions> Add > Upload an extension.
Télécharger sur votre serveur les fichiers de l’extension dans le répertoire : /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-certification-de-facture-et-gestion-de-pdf-kiwiz Ou installer-les directement via la page des extensions WordPress : Extensions > Ajouter > Téléverser une extension.  

3 – Enable extension via extensions page / Activer l’extension via la page des extensions

Configuration

 

1 – Configure the data of pdf documents / Configurer les données des documents pdf

WooCommerce> Settings> Integration> KIWIZ> Configure Kiwiz
  • Logo PDF settings of the store (only jpg, png and gif formats, maximum size 300×150 pixels)
  • Store name (required)
  • Store address (required)
  • Document header SIRET number and legal information (required)
  • Format of dates to be displayed in pdf
WooCommerce > Réglages > Intégration > KIWIZ > Configurer les paramètres PDF Kiwiz
  • Logo de la boutique (uniquement les formats jpg, png et gif, taille maximum 300×150 pixels)
  • Nom de la boutique (obligatoire)
  • Adresse de la boutique (obligatoire)
  • Entête du document
  • Numéro de SIRET et mentions légales (obligatoire)
  • Format des dates qui seront affichées dans les pdf
 

2 – Setting up the KIWIZ account / Configurer le compte KIWIZ

WooCommerce> Settings> Integration> KIWIZ Fill in the login details (username, password and subscription number) received by email when registering to Kiwiz. The “Test” option allows you to try the Kiwiz solution without the bills and credit memos issued being taken into account in the closing.
WooCommerce > Réglages > Intégration > KIWIZ Renseigner les identifiants (identifiant, mot de passe et numéro d’abonnement) reçus par email lors de l’inscription à la solution Kiwiz. L’option de « Test », vous permet d’essayer la solution Kiwiz sans que les factures et avoirs émis ne soient pris en compte dans les clôtures.  

Create an invoice / Créer une facture

In the “Manage PDF documents” block of an order, click on the “Create a PDF invoice” button.
Dans le bloc « Gérer les documents PDF », d’une commande, cliquer sur le bouton « Créer une facture PDF ». To generate an invoice, the order must fulfill the following conditions:
  • Be saved
  • Have at least one item
  • Have a billing address
  • Have a payment method
After the invoice is created and certified, it will be automatically sent by email to the customer – if the customer has activated a Kiwiz account.
Pour qu’une facture puisse être générée, la commande devra remplir les conditions suivantes :
  • Être sauvegardée
  • Avoir au moins un article
  • Avoir une adresse de facturation
  • Avoir un mode de paiement
Une fois la facture créée et certifiée (dans le cas d’un compte Kiwiz activé), elle sera automatiquement envoyée par email au client.   The customer can also download his invoice from his account in the details of the order.
Le client pourra également télécharger sa facture depuis son compte dans le détail de la commande. Please find the list of all generated invoices in the administration panel in WooCommerce> Certification KIWIZ> Invoices Tab.
Dans le panneau d’administration, retrouvez la liste de toutes les factures générées dans WooCommerce > Certification KIWIZ > Onglet Factures.

Create a credit memo /Créer un avoir

When a refund is generated from an order, the pdf file of the credit is automatically created and certified (when Kiwiz account is activated), and sent by email to the customer. The credits memos are available in the page of an order in the “Manage PDF Documents” block.
Lorsqu’un remboursement est généré depuis une commande, le fichier pdf de l’avoir est automatiquement créé et certifier (dans le cas d’un compte actif Kiwiz), et envoyé par email au client. Les avoirs sont disponibles dans la page d’une commande, dans le bloc « Gérer les documents PDF ».     The customer can also download his credit memo from his account in the details of the order.
Le client pourra également télécharger son avoir depuis son compte dans le détail de la commande.     Please find the list of all generated invoices In the administration panel in WooCommerce> Certification KIWIZ> Credit memo tab.
