PeachPay is a plugin that enables one-click checkout on your WooCommerce store. This documentation describes how to get started with PeachPay.
Installation ↑ Back to top
- Download the .zip file from your WooCommerce account.
- Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded with Choose File.
- Install Now and Activate the extension.
Setup ↑ Back to top
When you activate the plugin, you’ll be asked to give PeachPay permission to read and write orders to your store. This is necessary so that we can place orders on your store when people use PeachPay to check out.
After giving permission, you’ll be sent to a Stripe sign up page.
- If you already have a Stripe account, simply log in with your account and connect to PeachPay.
- If you don’t have a Stripe account, follow the instructions to create one. After creating the Stripe account, you’ll continue right where you left off and can connect to PeachPay.
You’ll receive your plugin activation key shortly after connecting your Stripe account! Please give us one or two days to verify your store.
After entering the activation key, click Save settings at the bottom of the page.
PeachPay settings ↑ Back to top
After entering the activation key, PeachPay is ready to accept orders without any additional configuration. However, you may change how the button looks to match your store’s theme.
Language ↑ Back to top
You can change the language used on the PeachPay button and in the checkout window. If your site’s language is one of our supported languages, it will automatically match your site’s language. We are always growing our list of supported languages. If you’d like to see a new language added, please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com
Test mode ↑ Back to top
Test mode allows you to accept payments using one of Stripe’s test credit cards. In test mode, no money is processed, but the order is placed on your store to simulate the full checkout. If you are testing on a live store, be sure to cancel the test orders so that the stock quantity is reset.
Test mode works without an activation key.
In test mode, only admins can see PeachPay. Shoppers will not be able to see it.
File upload ↑ Back to top
Allows you to require the shopper to select a file to upload as part of the checkout process. This could be a picture, for example.
Email receipt ↑ Back to top
PeachPay does not affect the standard WooCommerce email receipts. However, you may choose to send an additional PeachPay receipt by enabling this setting.
Button preferences ↑ Back to top
In this section, you can adjust how the button looks. This includes the color, the width, and the position of the button. The product and cart page button width/position can be adjusted separately.
