Add-on for WooCommerce Points and Rewards

WooCommerce Points and Rewards 1.6.31+

Upload and Activation

1. Download the add-on-for-woocommerce-points-and-rewards.zip file from your WooCommerce account.
2. Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin. Choose File with the file you downloaded.
3. Install Now and Activate Plugin.

After activating Add-on for WooCommerce Points and Rewards,

Import Points

1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > Points Import Settings.
2. Under Points Import Setting, click the Import button.
3. After clicking the Import button, it will be redirected to the Import page.
4. Upload the CSV file here from your computer.
5. Make sure the CSV file’s 1st column should be either “User ID or User Name or User Email” and the 2nd column should be “Points“.
6. After the file has been uploaded successfully you have 2 options either Add points to current balance or Override existing points.

User Roles Earning

1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > User Roles Earning Settings.
2. Assign points for specific user roles.
3. If the user role value is set as 0, then the user will not earn any reward on their site. Default is 100%.

Products Bulk Update

1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > Bulk Update Settings.
2. Bulk update the product using the filters such as All Products, Include / Exclude Products and Include / Exclude Categories.

Points Restrictions

1. To restrict the points redemption for On Sale products in Cart/Checkout then enable the option under WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > Restriction Settings > Restrict Redeeming for On Sale Products in Cart/Checkout.
2. To restrict earning when points redemption takes place in an order then enable the option under WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings > Restriction Settings > Restrict Earning When Points are Redeemed.

Points and Rewards Gateway

1. To redeem points via points and rewards gateway, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Points and Rewards.
2. Enable and save the settings.
3. Shortcodes used in the payment gateway description are [earned_points], [points_value].
   • [earned_points] – To display user available points.
   • [points_value] – To display user available points in currency based on conversion.
4. Once the points will be redeemed via points and rewards gateway, order status will automatically reach Completed status.

Guest User Restriction

1. By using this feature, site admin can easily hide earning messages for guests.
2. To configure, navigate to WooCommerce > Points & Rewards > Settings > Restrictions Settings.
3. Enable hide earn messages for guest user checkbox and save the settings.

First Purchase Points

1. By using this feature, it allows the site admin to award their customers on their initial purchases.
2. To configure, navigate to WooCommerce > Points & Rewards > Settings > First Purchase Points Settings > First Purchase Points.
