First Purchase Discount for WooCommerce

First Purchase Discount for WooCommerce allows you to offer discounts to new customers on their first order. The extension provides the option to create discounts for specific products, categories, all products in your shop as well as for specific user roles. First Purchase Discount for WooCommerce is a great solution to convert visitors into customers.

1. Download First Purchase Discount for WooCommerce.zip file from your WooCommerce account.
2. Within the WP Admin Panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Choose File (for the file you downloaded after purchase).
3. Install Now and Activate Plugin.

To configure the extension, go to WooCommerce > Settings > First Purchase Discount and the following tabs are available: Discount Rules and General Settings.

The Discount Rules tab displays all discount rules created and from here, you can add, edit and delete any rule.

Add a discount rule

To add a discount rule, click Add Rule(s).

After clicking Add Rule(s), you can name the rule, activate/deactivate the rule, and specify whether the rule will be product-based or cart-based.

Product-based Discount:

Within product-based discount settings, you can offer a discount on specific products, categories, or whole shop. You can also set a Fixed, Percentage discount or Discounted price for the rule. Additionally, choose to restrict discounts for specific user roles and guest users as well.

Cart-based Discount:

Cart-based discount rules apply the discount on the entire cart. You can set a Fixed or Percentage discount as well as Discounted Price. You can also choose to restrict the discount rule to specific user roles and guest users.

Access General Settings for the extension (under WooCommerce > Settings), and from here you can customize messages to display on the product page for logged-in users and guest users to highlight the first time purchase discount offer. You can also set the text colors, color, padding, radius, and more.

You can display the bar to promote cart discounts on your online store. Set different messages for logged-in and guest users and personalize the bar text color, background color, and icon colors.
