Step 1: Access Email Settings in Admin

- Navigate to the WooCommerce menu on the left side.
- Click on the “Affiliate and Referral” submenu under the WooCommerce menu.
- Go to the “Email Setting” tab.
Step 2: Customize Email Content
↑ Back to top- Inside the Email Setting tab, you can customize the following fields as per your requirements:
- Email Subject:Â Edit the subject line of the email.
- Email Content:Â Modify the content/body of the email message.
- Ensure to customize emails for the various actions such as:
- New Commission generated
- New Withdrawal request generated
- Becoming an affiliate
Step 3: Save Changes
↑ Back to top- Scroll down and click on the “Save Changes” button to apply your customizations.
Step 4: Email Notifications to Affiliates
↑ Back to top- Affiliates will receive the updated email notifications based on the actions:
- New Commission Generated:Â Whenever a new commission is created for the affiliate.
- New Withdrawal Request:Â When an affiliate generates a new withdrawal request.
- Become an Affiliate:Â When a user registers and becomes an affiliate.
By following these steps, you can easily customize the email notifications that affiliates receive, ensuring the content and subject lines meet your specific requirements in the WooCommerce Affiliate Program.
