The Product CSV Import Suite has been designed to seamlessly integrate with the default product types that come with WooCommerce. It empowers you to segment your product CSV into separate files for normal products and variations. The following extensions have been tested with Product CSV Import Suite. Check each extension’s notes for supported data and limitations.
Supported Extensions
↑ Back to topThis list is not exhaustive: Other product types and third-party plugins may work with Product CSV Import Suite without issues. However, our team is only able to officially support the extensions listed here.
WooCommerce Subscriptions
↑ Back to topProduct CSV Import Suite supports the import and export of simple and variable subscription products, as well as subscription plans added to other products.
Subscription products
- To export subscription products, follow the Exporting Products & Variations documentation.
- To import simple subscription products, follow the Importing Products documentation.
- To import variable subscription products, follow the Importing Product Variations documentation. (Note: Import the variable subscription product first, then the variations.)
Subscription plans on other products
Subscription plans and purchase options set on individual products can also be exported and imported. This includes custom plans (with their discounts, sign-up fees and free trials), the storewide plans selected for a product, the one-time purchase setting and gifting.
To include this data, tick Include hidden meta data when exporting. Subscription plan data is stored in hidden fields and isn’t included otherwise.
Note: For variable products, subscription plans are stored on the parent product, so they’re included in the Export Products file rather than the variations export.
Note: The global subscription data under WooCommerce > Settings > Subscriptions is not imported, only the product-level data i.e. information added within the products is supported.
Composite Products
↑ Back to topProduct CSV Import Suite has limited support for Composite Products. It can assign the Composite product type and transfer stored composite data when included in the CSV, but it does not process that data as a complete Composite Products integration. Component references can differ between sites, so check imported products and their components carefully.
For Composite Products imports and exports, use the built-in WooCommerce Product CSV Importer and Exporter, which Composite Products integrates with. Back up your store and test the import before applying it to production.
Min/Max Quantities
↑ Back to topNote: The Min/Max rules under WooCommerce > Settings > Min/Max is not imported, only the product-level data i.e. information added within the products is supported.
The extensions support the import and export of the data configured within the products using the Min/Max Quantities extension.
Pre-Orders
↑ Back to topThe extensions support the import and export of the data added within the products using the Pre-Orders extension.
Note: The data under WooCommerce > Settings > Pre-Orders is not imported, only the product-level data i.e. information added within the products is supported.
Product Vendors
↑ Back to topThe extensions support the import and export of vendor products coming from the Product Vendors extension. You can assign a product to the vendor that sells it directly from the CSV.
WooCommerce Deposits
↑ Back to topThe extensions support the import and export of the data added within the products using the WooCommerce Deposits extension.
Note: The data under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Deposits is not imported, only the product-level data i.e. information added within the products is supported.
WooCommerce Box Office

Gift Cards

Unsupported Extensions

| WooCommerce Memberships | Membership data cannot be imported or exported using Product CSV Import Suite. |
